Adrián Calderaro graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Buenos Aires in 2008. He completed the three annual courses that are mandatory for judicial clerk staff (organized by the National Commercial Court of Appeals) and two courses on Lex Doctor (2009) and family law (2010), at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He began his professional career at the commercial courts of the National Judiciary. Over seven years he was appointed to various positions and developed an extensive experience in comprehensive disputes, which in addition to a multiplicity of audiences as mediator, interlocutory decisions and final judgments, prove his involvement and cooperation in the solution of many trials.

Before joining our law firm, he worked at Estudio Jurídico Guillermo H. Lafuente & Asociados.
He was a comprehensive academic background: he participated in more than a dozen conferences, workshops and seminars related to civil and commercial matters; he was a speaker in the workshop “¿How to Analyze a Judgment?” (04/13/2010) and in the colloquium “Study Methodology” (05/19/2010), both organized by the Student Council of the Law School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is well known for his active role in the analysis of the manual to be used by the front desk officers of the Judiciary (originally written by the National Commission of Judiciary Management), which resulted in its improvement and in the optimization of human capital yields sought by the Court Officers Training Sessions driven by the Supreme Court of Justice.

He has also been lecturer on Reorganization Proceedings at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (chair of Dr. Fernando Ignacio Saravia, judge in charge of the Commercial National Court of First Instance Nbr. 11).  

He has advised and represented significant individuals and companies and has been in charge of the several litigation portfolios and mediation processes; he has thoroughly studied different dispute resolution methods, participated in civil and commercial litigation processes, reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings, collective actions related to financial institutions and insurance companies, administrative and tax claims and arbitration proceedings.
