Luciano Corres graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2006. He is currently in the process of obtaining a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

He has specialized in both national and international public tendering and has advised local and foreign companies on the different steps of the tendering process: analysis of the terms and conditions, planning of the bid, exposition, consultations, challenges, negotiation, public works, subcontracting agreements, construction assignments, joint ventures and cooperation consortia.
