Ana Isabel Gualtieri graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2008. She worked as a paralegal at Estudio De Diego & Asociados from February 2005 until October 2006. She then joined the Legal Department of Gestión Laboral S.A. –temporary services provider- until July 2007.

She has specialized in Labor Law and has a postgraduate degree on Labor and Social Security Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2010).
