Mrs. Bernachea was born in the city of Victoria, Province of Entre Ríos, on July 2, 1977.

She obtained her law degree (J.D) with cum laude in the University of Buenos Aires, in 2001 and finished a Master degree in Corporate Law at St. Andrew’s University in 2009.

Mrs. Bernachea worked in different law firms, such as Fernandez, Quiroga, Ayarragaray y Ocampo and Allende & Brea, among others.
Her practice includes general civil and commercial law, corporate matters, bankruptcy and insolvency law.
