Equity Fund for Latin America, Batterymarch: Project Director for Argentina – Amount: USD 100 million. 1991.
Latin America Discovery Fund in co–management with Morgan Stanley Inc.: Project Director – Amount: USD 110 million. 1992.
Refinancing of the debt of the Cuban Republic with the Argentine Republic: Advisor to the National Government – Amount: USD 1.280 million. 1995.
Privatization of the Credit Recovery Process of the Official Banks of the Province of Mendoza. Amount: USD 950 million. 1997/1998.
In 1998 he was President of the 34° IDEA Colloquium. He was also part of the Organization Committees of IDEA Colloquiums in 1980, 1991, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2001 and 2007.
From 1992 to 1999 he was member of the Steering Committee and the Securities Commission of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
From 1989 to 1993 he was the President of the Capital Markets Commission of the Argentine Bank Association (ADEBA).
From 1991 to 1994 he was the President of the Argentine Chamber of Common Investment Funds.
From 1989 to 1994 he was member of the Capital Markets Advisor Committee of the Interamerican Development Bank in Washington, D.C.
From 1983 to 1988 he was Chairman of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission. He promoted the legislation that created the Corporate Bonds in Argentina and regulated the use of electronics in the Bond Markets of Argentina, thus giving birth to the MAE - Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

He represented Argentina before the IOSCO - International Organization of Securities Commissions (Montreal) for five years and was Professor of Economics at different Argentine universities.

Between 1989 and 1992 he was invited by the World Bank to lecture on financing matters around the world.
