Mario José Carrillo graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1978. He holds a Master Degree on Business Law from Universidad Austral (1994) and completed the Executive Program on Management of Small and Medium Companies from IAE (2004) and the Executive Program on Senior Management of Agribusiness from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2006). He also has a postgraduate degree on Navigating from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2010).

He has worked for SanCor Cooperativas Unidas Ltda. and other related companies as attorney and as Legal Manager until 2003. He has a vast experience on legal advice, startups and Mercosur affairs. He has also a proven expertise on navigating matters, Hidrovía and the shipbuilding industry.
