Rafael Segundo Pizarro Posse graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1997. He completed his training in Philosophy at the Universitá Della Santa Croce, in Rome, Italy.

He has specialized in Labor Law and has represented several private companies and media conglomerates, providing advice on labor disputes. His academic background includes various courses and seminars on Labor and Employment Law. Between 2003 and 2004, he was Advisor at the Subsecretariat of Commerce, Mining and Port Activities of the Ministry of Production of the Province of Buenos Aires.

He is a member of the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law, the Argentine Society of Labor Law, the Bar Association of the Federal District and the Bar Association of San Isidro.
