Santiago Bargalló Beade graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 1980. In 1994 he obtained a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Austral (Magna Cum Laude) He has a vast expertise both in private and public practice. He was in charge of the Department of Judicial Affairs of the Argentine Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he had the chance of playing an active role in the public sector. He lately specialized in Business Law.
